NEW PRIZE POOL GUIDELINES FOR 2024 TOURNAMENT
Starting 2024 going forward, MGM National Harbor is changing their guidelines for giving away the promochips and raffles. These changes do not impact your ability to win any DMVVGA trophies or cash prizes. This only affects the MGM sponsored prizes. To receive any MGM sponsored prizes a player must have an MGM Rewards Card and show casino play time at MGM National Harbor during the weekend of the tournament or has a long standing history as an MGM National Harbor casino patron.
With these changes any player who wins 1st, 2nd or 3rd place may not necessarily win the promochips. We will submit all tournament placements to MGM National Harbor for review of each player's rewards card records starting with 1st place winner and going down the list. The first 3 players whose casino playtime meets their guidelines will receive the promochips for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place per flights. Again, this will not impact players receiving their rightful trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Example. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will automatically receive their tournament trophies but if they do not qualify for promochips and 8th, 12th and 18th place players do qualify because of qualifying casino play time then 8th, 12th and 18th place winners will receive the promochips for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

EVENT TERMS
All tournament/outing/event fees are final. There are no refunds for no shows or cancellations made by the player. Refunds are issued only if the golf course cancels the event.
The DMVVGA Committee reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein. The Committee reserves the right to reject the entry of any applicant at anytime for any reason. Any decision by the Committee in any matter shall be final.
TROPHIES AND PRIZE MONEY
When available trophies and prize money are reserved for paid members with a GHIN handicap only. All other prizes are open to members and guests.
NEW MEMBERS
First time players/members are ineligible to win trophies or prize money on their first event, outing or tournament. They are deemed eligible once they completely finish all 18 holes of their first tournament or outing with DMVVGA.
LIABILITY
DMVVGA is not liable for any damages that may occur to a member's equipment or personal property while participating in a tournament. Furthermore, DMVVGA is not liable for any injury that may occur to a member while participating in a tournament. All DMVVGA tournament are play at your own risk.
ETIQUETTE
All participants are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the golf course and all golf etiquette. Any member or guest not following course rules and regulations or not behaving within DMVVGA standards or the expectations of the golf course will be ask to leave the tournament without refund. DMVVGA reserves the right to terminate membership any time for repeat offenses.
